How It Works
Before Generation: AI validates your inputs. Checks if your image matches the app. Verifies settings are correct. Confirms toggles match your photo.
If Validation Passes: Your generation proceeds. You get a safety net for regeneration.
If Generation Fails: Click regenerate. Same settings. Same inputs. Pay only 1/3 of original credits.
Example:
- Original generation: 20 credits
- Validated regeneration: 7 credits
- You save: 13 credits per retry
The Rules
You Get the Discount When:
- Original generation passed validation (no warnings)
- You regenerate with exact same parameters
- First result was unsatisfactory
You Lose the Discount If:
- You change settings between attempts
- You ignored validation warnings
Why These Rules: The discount covers AI randomness, not experimentation. Different settings mean new generation at full price.
Input Validation Checks
What Gets Validated: Does your image match the app requirements? Are settings configured correctly? Do toggles match your photo content? Would a different app work better?
Validation Passes: Job proceeds. Eligible for 3x discount on regeneration.
Validation Detects Issues: Warning appears with specific explanation. Recommendations for fixes. Choice to adjust or proceed at own risk (no discount).
Common Validation Examples
Toggle Mismatch: Upload gold ring with diamonds. “Loose Gemstones” toggle is ON.
Warning: “This toggle is for unmounted gemstones only. Your image shows a ring with metal.”
Fix: Turn off toggle. Generate with validation passed. Eligible for discount.
Wrong App: Using Retouching app but want jewelry on model.
Warning: “This app creates product photos. For virtual try-on, use [app name].”
Fix: Switch to recommended app. Generate with validation passed.
Image Issue: Jewelry cropped at photo edge.
Warning: “Part of jewelry is cropped. Upload photo where entire piece is visible.”
Fix: Upload properly framed photo. Generate with validation passed.
When Warnings Appear
If You See a Warning: Something doesn’t match. Your image might not fit the app. Settings might be incorrect. A different app might work better.
Your Choice: Fix the issue and proceed. Or click “Proceed at My Own Risk” and generate anyway.
No Discount If You Ignored Warnings: Warnings told you something was wrong. You chose to proceed. That’s allowed, but the safety net doesn’t apply.
Fair System: Discounts reward trusting validation. When our system says “this should work” and doesn’t, you get cheap retries. When you override warnings, you accept the risk.
Identifying Validated Apps
Look for “Validated Input” tag at bottom of app thumbnails.
Not all apps have validation yet. Rolling out across platform through February. Only validated apps offer 3x discount regeneration.

December survey results: Wasted credits on mistakes and AI randomness were top frustrations.
